Reminder: All ticket orders are due by Thursday, May 8 @ 8:30 p.m. If you are a parent helper, include your free tickets in your order, but don’t pay for them.

**All tickets must be paid for, including the seven guaranteed tickets.**

Marigolds: Please remember to get your dancer a nude leotard for recital, as some of her costumes are not traditional dance costumes. The shop is open 2:00-7:00 today and tomorrow, and all leotards are on sale.

It’s recital countdown season!

Recital paperwork is coming home this week. In this packet you will find information about dress rehearsal and recital, as well as the order forms for tickets and recital DVDs. All orders are due by Thursday, May 8.

Kingdom Dance Shoppe Recital Season Hours

If you’re in need of recital materials from the shop (hair nets, tights, shoes, undergarments, etc.), KDS will be open after Sunday’s Finale rehearsal on May 4 @ 11:00 and May 5, 6, 7, and 8 @ 2:00-7:00. There won’t be anyone available at the shop the week of recital, but if your dancer needs something, Stevie can bring it to rehearsal for you to purchase there.

Dancers from the Silver, Red, Yellow, Green, and Indigo classes had their first 2025 outdoor finale rehearsal on Sunday!

Due Thursday: Recital Program Entries (Feel free to come into the studio to look at old programs!)

Due This Week: April Tuition (Please remember: there is a $20 late fee added if your payment is more than one week late.)

Spring Finale Rehearsals (Indigo, Green, Yellow, Red, Silver):

• Mid-week come late / stay early rehearsals: 
  • These rehearsals are added to the beginning or end of your dancer’s regular class.  Silver and Yellow stay late, and Red and Green come early.  These all take place the second week of the month.
    • Silver & Red: Tuesdays @ 5:15-6:00: 3/11, 4/8, 5/13
    • Yellow, Green, & Indigo: Thursdays @ 6:15-7:00: 3/13, 4/10, 5/15
• Sundays: 
  • These rehearsals take place in the studio parking lot.  If it rains, rather than cancel, we rehearse inside.
    • April 13 @ 9:00-11:00
    • May 4 @ 9:00-11:00
• Sundays After Finale Rehearsals:
  • 11:00-11:30 Pointe Dance
  • 11:30-12:00 Tarzan & Cruisin’ for a Bruisin’
  • 12:00-1:30 Solos

Recital prep is ramping up! This week, students are bringing home their recital program form. Additionally, our dress rehearsal schedule is below.

If you would like your dancer to be included in the recital program, please fill out your form and return it with payment by Thursday, April 3. Previous years’ programs are kept at the studio to look through if you need examples.
